Acceptance

By using Goolbox or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Independent utility

Goolbox is an independent utility. Garmin is a trademark of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries. Goolbox is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Garmin.

Device and file operations

Goolbox can delete watch files, write music, install PRG files, read logs, and create or replace repaired FIT files. You are responsible for reviewing each selection, keeping the phone and watch connected during USB operations, and maintaining independent backups of important data.

Device models, firmware versions, exposed folders, and write behavior vary. A successful transfer does not guarantee that a watch will index, display, or run a file. FIT repair attempts to recover usable records but cannot guarantee that every damaged file can be repaired.

In-app purchases

Storage cleanup, music transfer, PRG sideload, app logs, and FIT inspection are free. FIT file repair requires Goolbox Pro. Monthly, yearly, or lifetime options may be offered through Google Play. The price and billing period shown by Google Play before confirmation control the transaction. Google Play handles renewals, cancellations, refunds, and account billing under its policies.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or internal Garmin file management in accordance with these terms and applicable store rules.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to bypass purchase validation, interfere with the app or website, distribute unauthorized or harmful files, access a device without permission, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Third-party services

Google Play processes purchases, RevenueCat manages entitlements, and Cloudflare serves the website. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third-party service, watch firmware, cable, phone, or email provider.

No warranty

The app and website are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use file repair and device-writing tools at your own judgment after reviewing the proposed operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, device issues, lost profits, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the app or website.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app, website, store requirements, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
