Delete data stored on your phone

Delete local backups and repair files from the app, clear Goolbox app storage in Android Settings, or uninstall Goolbox. These actions remove app-private data from that device without contacting us.

Request deletion from us

Email [email protected] with the subject "Goolbox data deletion request". Include the approximate purchase date and Google Play order ID, if the request concerns a purchase. Do not attach FIT files unless support asks for them.

We will verify the request using the minimum information needed and delete support messages, attachments, and RevenueCat customer or purchase-entitlement records that we control. We normally complete a verified request within 30 days.

Data that may be retained

Google Play controls payment records held in your Google account. Google Play, RevenueCat, and email providers may retain records under their own policies. We may retain transaction, security, or deletion request records when required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution, and remove them when that obligation ends.
